Anneal Apps LLC ("Anneal Apps", "we", "our", "us") is a Texas-based company that develops and publishes mobile applications available on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our apps and visit our website at annealapps.app.
Our apps are designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to our servers. Specifically:
Some of our apps may use analytics services to understand general usage patterns (e.g., which features are used most frequently). Some of our free-tier apps display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data in accordance with Google's privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking. Paid subscribers do not see advertisements.

Because our apps process data entirely on your device and we do not collect personal information, most data-rights requests (access, deletion, portability) are fulfilled by your control over your own device. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app.
California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. Because we do not collect personal data through our apps, there is no personal information for us to disclose or delete.
International users: If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, and data portability. As stated above, we do not collect or store personal data from our apps. If you believe we hold any of your data, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
